Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of competing in top competitions such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness awards. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel completed her first six years in contest to earn her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she finished third. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
